ARCHIVE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all products purchased during the SONYA MODA Archive Sale.

1. SALE PERIOD
The SONYA MODA Archive Sale commences at 8:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 20 September 2026.

Archive Sale pricing is available only during this period and while stocks last.

2. ARCHIVE SALE PRODUCTS
The Archive Sale may include past-season styles, discontinued products, samples, one-off pieces and limited remaining stock.

Where an item has a known imperfection, variation or other condition affecting its appearance, this will be disclosed in the relevant product description. Please review all product descriptions, images, measurements and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

3. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Only products clearly marked “FINAL SALE” on the product page are final sale.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or gift card for change of mind, incorrect size, unsuitable fit, colour selection or personal preference.

Products purchased at a promotional or reduced price that are not marked “FINAL SALE” may be returned for a SONYA MODA gift card in accordance with our standard Returns Policy. All return conditions and timeframes contained in that policy will apply.

SONYA MODA does not offer direct exchanges. If you require another size or style, you will need to place a new order, subject to availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law.

4. PRICING, DISCOUNTS AND PREVIOUS ORDERS
Archive Sale prices are as marked and apply only to eligible orders placed during the Sale Period.

Archive Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the sale commenced. We do not provide retrospective discounts, price adjustments, refunds or gift cards for the difference between a product’s previous purchase price and its Archive Sale price.

Additional promotional codes, welcome discounts, loyalty offers, gift card promotions or other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with Archive Sale pricing unless expressly stated.

Discounts cannot be added or applied after an order has been placed.

5. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, materially different from its description or different from the product ordered, please contact customercare@sonya.moda with your order number and clear photographs showing the concern.

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before determining whether a fault exists and what remedy may apply.

Where a product was sold with a specific imperfection, variation or condition clearly disclosed before purchase, that disclosed issue will not be considered an undisclosed fault. This does not affect your rights in relation to any separate or undisclosed issue with the product.

6. PRODUCT CONDITION AND VARIATIONS
Archive and sample pieces may vary slightly from current production garments. Variations may include differences in fabric, trims, colour, construction, labelling or finishing.

Any material variation or known imperfection will be identified in the relevant product description where applicable.

Product colours may appear differently depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Minor colour variations of this nature are not generally considered faults.

7. SIZING
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide, product description and any available garment measurements before placing an order.

Archive Sale stock is strictly limited, and alternative sizes may not be available.

Final Sale items cannot be returned because of incorrect sizing or unsuitable fit. Sale items that are not marked “FINAL SALE” may be returned for a SONYA MODA gift card in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.

8. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Archive Sale stock is strictly limited and is not reserved while it remains in your shopping cart.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

In the event of a stock discrepancy, duplicate sale, incorrect price, technical error or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling an order, SONYA MODA may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the limited nature of Archive Sale stock and the speed at which orders are processed, orders cannot be changed, combined or cancelled once placed.

Please carefully confirm your selected products, sizes, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.

10. SHIPPING
Standard shipping charges and thresholds apply unless otherwise stated.

Archive Sale periods may result in higher-than-usual order volumes and longer dispatch times. Any estimated dispatch or delivery time is provided as a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside SONYA MODA’s reasonable control.

Separate orders cannot be combined after purchase, and shipping charges will not be refunded because multiple orders were placed.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are not payable or refundable by SONYA MODA.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays outside SONYA MODA’s reasonable control.

12. IMPERFECT ARCHIVE PIECES
Certain products included in the Archive Sale may be identified as “Imperfect Archive,” “Sample” or “One-Off” pieces.

These garments are heavily reduced because they may have one or more minor imperfections. These may include small marks, fabric pulls or snags, missing or loose beads or sequins, minor stitching irregularities, slight variations in construction or finishing, evidence of previous handling or fittings, missing labels, or other minor cosmetic imperfections.

Due to the volume and one-off nature of these pieces, we are unable to provide individual photographs, measurements or descriptions of the exact imperfection affecting each garment. The location, appearance and nature of the imperfection will vary between pieces.

By purchasing an item identified as an Imperfect Archive, Sample or One-Off piece, you acknowledge and accept:

• the garment is not being sold in perfect or standard retail condition;

• the garment may contain one or more of the imperfections listed above;

• you will not receive photographs or an individual description of the exact imperfection before purchasing;

• the reduced price reflects the garment’s condition; and

• the item is purchased as supplied and is final sale for change of mind, sizing, fit, preference and the disclosed categories of imperfections.

Imperfect Archive, Sample and One-Off pieces cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, and are not eligible for a gift card because of an imperfection of the type disclosed above.

This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to an issue that is materially different from the condition disclosed or otherwise covered by a statutory consumer guarantee.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By purchasing an Archive Sale product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Archive Sale Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply in addition to SONYA MODA’s general Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency relating specifically to an Archive Sale purchase, these Archive Sale Terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
