We are a contemporary Australian brand focused on statement pieces, drawing inspiration from vintage styles worn by Sonya’s mother, Ghada, in the 70s and 80s, creating timeless womenswear that celebrates femininity through considered silhouettes and luxe fabrics.

Born in Amman, Jordan and raised in Sydney, Australia, Sonya’s heritage forms the foundation of her design perspective. Influenced by a coastal upbringing and an early affinity for swim and resort wear, the brand has since evolved into refined occasion dressing. Through a considered balance of creative intuition, personal style and a background in graphic design, Sonya has shaped a distinct aesthetic, one that defines the signature of Sonya Moda.
