RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for an E-Gift card within 14 days of delivery, unless marked as Final Sale.

Returns are accepted if:
- The item does not fit
- You are not satisfied with the quality
- You have changed your mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from issue. Store credits are only issued once the item is received.

Returns requested outside the 14-day window will not be accepted

RETURNS CONDITIONS

All returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original garment bag
- Be free from marks, stains, pulls, snags, odour or damage

SONYA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

If a return is received outside of policy or fails quality inspection, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a traceable service, as SONYA is not liable for lost return parcels.

International duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for possible recovery.<

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

While we do not currently provide prepaid international return shipping labels, we are pleased to offer the value of your original shipping fee as an additional credit applied to your store gift card once your return has been received and approved.

For example, if your eligible return totals $300 AUD and your original shipping fee was $35 AUD, your final gift card value will be issued for $335 AUD.

This allows us to continue offering worldwide shipping while supporting our international customers with future purchases from the brand.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are credited exclusively in the form of store credit/gift card value
• Returned items must comply with our standard return policy requirements

FINAL SALE

Archive, promotional or marked Final Sale items are strictly non-returnable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@sonya.moda
with your order number and clear images.

If deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or alternative resolution in accordance with consumer law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

If an order is cancelled by SONYA due to availability, payment or address issues, you will be notified and refunded.


DELIVERY LIABILITY

Once dispatched, SONYA is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed parcels.
