International customers may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by their local government. Sonya Moda is not responsible for these charges.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraudulent activity, resale, or misuse of promotional codes.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.
