RETURNS POLICY
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a E-GIFT CARD only if the item/s are returned to us within fourteen (14) days from delivery, this resolution applies if;

  • The item does not fit you 
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Any later and it will NOT be accepted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All item(s) being returned must be accompanied by original garment bag with no visible signs of damage or wear, pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odor. SONYA reserves the right to refuse the product if the item does not meet our standards.

If your item is returned outside of our 14 days return policy, it will be returned to sender. If your returned does not meet the above conditions and pass our quality check, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back to you.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping fees unless an item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a trackable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.  SONYA does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

RETURNS
Returns outside of the 14 day policy will not be accepted. SONYA reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.Upon receipt of your returned merchandise they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your online-store credit. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS & INCORRECT ITEMS
All SONYA garments are thoroughly checked for any manufacture faults by our production and packing teams. A faulty item claim must be made within 2 (two) days of receiving your goods. For faulty garments, please email your invoice number along with photos of the fault to customercare@sonya.moda 

We are entitled to elect between providing you with a repair, replacement or other remedy. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.

RETURN FREIGHT
SONYA do not cover the cost of returns unless we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend shipping your returns via a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

SONYA is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, such as:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Unable to ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.

DUTIES & TAXES (DDP SHIPPING)
Any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable, where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

PREORDER ITEMS
All preorders are subject to the same terms and conditions listed for standard orders. Once placed this can not be cancelled.


SALE PERIODS
Please be aware extended delivery time frames may apply during busy periods.
