BLACK FRIDAY 2024 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our official Black Friday Sale commences at 10:00am AEST, Thursday  21st November 2024 and ends 3rd December 2024 at 11:59pm AEST. Sale prices are as marked. No discount code is required during the sale.

We will not under any circumstances be able to honor the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit. We also are unable to honor the sale price after the sale has ended at 3rd December 2024 at 11:59pm AEST. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above. 

Prices are as marked and excludes our 'New Arrivals' collection “ Desert Rose.”

Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale, including the 10% off sign up discount code, which can only be used on full priced items only.

Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale.

Due to the fast-paced nature of a Black Friday Sale, orders strictly cannot be cancelled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address details. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned, this includes size exchanges unless the product is not fit for purpose, deemed faulty by our Returns Team or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

In the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customer care immediately at customercare@sonya.moda within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. If the item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. Refunds are only eligible if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.

Please allow for some delays in delivery during sale period. We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout. We are not liable for shipping delays.
