Junior Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, supporting the smooth flow of stock and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Contractor Role: 2 days per week to start with the option of 3 days in November on-wards (Monday & Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counting and organising stock
  • Steaming and preparing garments for dispatch
  • Packing and dispatching customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Managing and processing returns
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties
  • Supporting stock-takes and inventory checks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to perform some lifting work
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Previous warehouse or retail experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Australian residents only

Assistant Accountant Contractor
Gregory Hills, Sydney – Hybrid (2 days per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll support our financial operations across bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting, while working closely with our growing fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and track payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, Shopify sales, and payment gateways.
  • Oversee supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly sales commission statements (AUS & US).
  • Draft and send invoices in Xero ahead of collection launches.
  • Assist with budgets and financial reports.
  • Process payroll, superannuation, and maintain employee records.
  • Support with general admin and filing as required.
  • Maintain Bookkeeping
  • Maintain Payroll

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting, including month-end, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CA qualified preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero, Shopify, and Excel.
  • Experience in e-commerce and understanding of online financial flows.
  • Background in retail, fashion, or cosmetics is a plus.
