All orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia warehouse. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched with your tracking number. Your parcel can then be tracked via the links below. You may also email our customer service team if you are unsure of your tracking number and we will be happy to assist you.

PO BOXES
Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES.

International orders are shipped via USPS, PARCEL FORCE & EMS depending on your location. Your parcel from Australia and can be tracked using your unique Australia Post tracking number which is linked to the international partners as listed.

Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

We aim to get most orders dispatched within 2 days or sooner, subject to the product specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.

Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to SONYA and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.


Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Sydney, and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days within Australia and between 7-21 days internationally (depending on your location). A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package. Please note due to COVID there can be a significant delay with international shipments. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. SONYA MODA can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact Australia Post directly. 


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are NOT included on all international orders.

Please be aware that Sonya Moda does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  


Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Sonya Moda, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not Sonya Moda. Sonya Moda is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned.

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

SONYA MODA cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes. If your order has already been processed, SONYA MODA accepts no responsibility for items shipped and not collected. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

In the instance a parcel isn’t collected or the receiver refuses to pay the relevant duties and taxes and the parcel is returned SONYA MODA is not liable for the shipping costs - this will be deducted from your purchase (AUD$45.00) and an online store credit via email will be issued for the balance once your parcel has been returned.

CHANGES TO YOU ORDER
If your order has already been processed, SONYA MODA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. SONYA MODA reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
