As a valued client of SONYA, we would like to thank you for your purchase.  At SONYA, we pride ourselves on luxurious well-crafted swim and resort wear.

In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at www.sonya.moda

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. SONYA will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon your items return.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. 

We do not offer exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

SONYA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.

SONYA does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.


EXCHANGES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or store credit with email confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.


WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@sonya.moda

ALL items marked final sale are non-refundable.  Please be aware extended delivery time frames may apply during busy periods.
