As a valued client of SONYA, we would like to thank you for your purchase.  At SONYA, we pride ourselves on luxurious well-crafted swim and resort wear.

At SONYA we do not accept refunds for change of mind, however we want you to find the perfect fit for your body so we are are happy to organise a credit note (minus shipping costs) for you to use towards an exchange. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e Gift Boxes, Swim bags and poly bags.

The item/s is to be returned in its original condition within 21 days of receiving your item/s tags attached, with no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour. If your item/s are not returned in the above condition a packaging fee of $10 will apply.

SONYA reserves the right to refuse the product if the item does not meet our standards.

We do not offer returns on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

SONYA does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN ITEMS?

SONYA is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from out facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier (Australia Post for local parcels & EMS for international parcels) and open an enquiry directly.

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.


WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
SONYA checks the quality of all items before shipping. If you have received an item that is not up to our standards please get in contact with us as soon as possible at customercare@sonya.moda and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
