We offer free shipping on all Australian orders and free shipping on all international orders over $180AUD (2-5 DAYS). Shipping on all international orders below $300AUD is flat rate of $40AUD. Excluding duties and taxes for your country.

International orders are shipped by EMS for delivery. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used.
We aim to get most orders dispatched within 2 days or sooner, subject to the product specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
We ship to all countries via EMS. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to SONYA and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Sydney, and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days within Australia and between 5-14 days internationally. A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package. Please note due to COVID there can be a significant delay with international shipments. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. SONYA can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact Australia Post directly.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by SONYA, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
CHANGES TO YOU ORDER
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact customer service immediately.
If your order has already been processed, SONYA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. SONYA reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
