Products remain the property of Sonya Moda until full payment is received.
LOCAL TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may incur customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned, return shipping and associated duties will be deducted from any credit owed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded.
PROMOTIONS & SALE PERIODS
Promotional codes are valid for the specified period only and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

RETURNS LIMITATION

PREORDERS
Preorder items are dispatched once available. If ordered with in-stock items, all items may ship together unless separate orders are placed. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
FAULTY ITEMS
Fault claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to customercare@sonya.moda with supporting images.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Damage caused by wear or misuse is not considered a fault.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on our site.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if required.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
