RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for Store Credit.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from makeup, perfume, fake tan, deodorant or any markings

Items returned that do not meet the above conditions, or are deemed unsuitable for resale, may be rejected and returned to sender.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sonya Moda is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

US CUSTOMERS
To make returns easier for our U.S. customers, approved returns from the United States are processed through our U.S. returns facility.

If your return is approved through our Returns Portal, you will be provided with the U.S. return address and instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. returns facility unless the item has been confirmed as faulty.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your return will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Sale items
  • Promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings or jewellery
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits are issued digitally and are valid for 3 years from date of issue. Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RETURN PROCESS

To lodge a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalised.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery with clear imagery and a description of the issue prior to returning the garment.

Where a fault is alleged, Sonya Moda reserves the right to physically inspect and assess the garment before determining an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Items must be returned in their original condition and not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing or misuse.

Appropriate resolutions will be determined following assessment of the garment.

Normal wear and tear, improper garment care, accidental damage or characteristics inherent to delicate fabrics are not considered faults.

Nothing within this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
