Reports to: CEO
Sonya Moda is seeking The main part of this role will see you fulfilling our E-commerce store orders and being the first point of contact for all customer service-related queries.
This role is perfect for a driven and extremely organised individual looking to progress their career in the Fashion Industry. It is the perfect mix of admin and communication duties along with hands on logistics.
What You Will Do
- You will pick and pack stock for online orders
- You will process online returns
- You will fulfill and pack buyer orders
- You will have a high attention to detail as order accuracy is vital
- You will assist with product stock takes to ensure quantities are correct
- You will organise stock and provide stock updates when required
- You will assist on location shoots for the brand and liaise with the CEO to organise model castings, fittings through to shoot logistics
- You will respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner; communication includes email, online chat, and social media direct messaging
- You will barcode stock required
- You will add new products to the website and general up-keep of the store including ensuring product information and stock availability
- You will work with local and international collaborators for content creation, for social media channels, and in email marketing
- You will liaise with freight services
- From time-to-time work on creating social media content with the CEO of the brand
- Assistance to other departments including Wholesale, Production and general office duties where required
- Manage gifting on behalf of the CEO

Run business and personal errands for CEO as needed

You may also be assigned to work across our sister company, Fashion Palette on events

This role will require you to work from our Gregory Hills, NSW warehouse

Knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) required
• Knowledge of Shopify an advantage
• Knowledge of Photoshop an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer service skills
Role
Contract role 3-4 days per week progressing to full time by end of 2022
Must be available to commence work early August 2022

POSITION: SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Reports to: CEO
SONYA MODA is seeking an experienced sales and marketing coordinator. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator should have expert knowledge of the brand, the aesthetic and its pieces. The role will be heavily focused on working across sales and marketing, building relationships with local and international buyers, coordinating showings alongside the CEO through to planning an implementing the marketing calendar.
What You Will Do
• You will meet sales goals and provide weekly reports
• You will work directly with our current list of buyers, managing and fulfilling orders and pitching to new potential local and international buyers
• You will closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• You will coordinate, plan and implement the marketing calendar
• You will work on content planning, content creation and copy-writing
• You will coordinate with our digital ad agency on ads and create briefs
• You will build and send out engaging digital marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to support sales during key retail sale periods, promote new or existing products, as well as increase brand/product awareness
• You will work within project timelines and work effectively within budgets and objectives
• You will establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with buyers
• You will write all product descriptions and upload collections to Shopify
• Other duties as assigned across Sonya Moda and our sister companies, Fashion Palette & Halo Active
• This role will require you to work from our Gregory Hills, NSW warehouse
What You Can Bring
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role in the fashion industry
• Marketing experience in a similar role
